Pasta:  Italian Trio (pepperoni, celery, green onions, red bell peppers, monterrey jack and mozzarella cheese and vinegar and oil dressing.)

Fish: Parmesan Encrusted Tilapia (served with a garden salad and your choice of homemade dressing)

Salad: Grilled Salmon Salad (Seasoned and grilled salmon on top of a bed of fresh spring greens, red peppers, croutons, corn, and Parmesan cheese served with your choice of homemade dressing)

Entree: Chicken Slad Swiss Melt (Our homemade chicken salad on pita bread served with a side of fresh fruit .)

Sandwich: Pimento Cheese (on your choice of wheat, white, or rye.)
